Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 November 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, information and record keeping, training and skills and risk assessment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken some action to put this right. The provider held staff meetings, to remind staff of the procedures to be followed when collecting and registering children into their care.

p.1

Summary of outcome

However, we also found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

n ensure supervision is robust and regular to foster a culture of continual improvement, so procedure in placed are followed effectively by all staff On 21 January 2026, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. They have improved supervision policies and practice. Supervision has been strengthened to include records of actions agreed and accountability for managers and staff's actions and decisions. Procedures for managers to monitor actions set are in place. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
