Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 28 November 2023 and 7 January 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, health, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, special educational needs, information and record keeping.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 19 December 2023, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any allegation of serious harm or abuse by anyone living, working, or looking after children at the premises. On 4 March 2024 and 11 July 2024, the provider notified us about matters relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any serious accident, illness, or injury to, or death of, any child while in their care.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 28 January 2026, we carried out regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. They have reviewed their procedures for recording all accidents, at the premises and how information is shared. They have also considered how children can be best supported in the outside play area, particularly when climbing on and off equipment, to minimise risks to children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
