Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 August 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people, whistleblowing, supporting and understanding children's behaviour and concerns about children's safety and welfare. In addition, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures and suitable people. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
From the 30 October 2025, we received further concerns relating to the same requirements and the provider also provided further information in relation to this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 29 August 2025, we carried out a regulatory call and on 30 September 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has completed a full review of their policies and procedures for safeguarding and welfare. This includes the sharing of information policy to strengthen leaders' and staff's knowledge of required notifications and to ensure that these are reported in the required timeframe. They have worked with other agencies and staff have attended additional safeguarding training. The provider has reinforced their priority to ensuring that there is a strong focus on supporting communication between leaders and staff. These actions have helped staff to continue to prioritise children's welfare and safety at the setting.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
