Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 December 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to health, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment, suitable people and supervision of staff. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. The provider had taken action to meet one of those requirements. They have ensured that there is a specific person who is responsible for checking that the food being provided meets all the requirements for each child. We served a welfare requirements notice for the requirements not met by the provider. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

n ensure staffing arrangements meet the needs of children and keep them safe, with particular regard to mealtimes
p.1
Summary of outcome
n implement robust risk assessments that inform staff practice at mealtimes and reduce the risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory visit. We found that the provider had reviewed their risk assessments for mealtimes to ensure that they inform staff practice. The risk assessment now helps staff to understand how to minimise the risk of children accessing food when they are transitioning into the dining area. The provider has reviewed staff deployment during mealtimes and children are now transitioned into the dining area in smaller groups with their key person. Staff ensure children are seated quickly and are unable to access any foods until they have been served their own meal. This helps to ensure children are not exposed to foods they are allergic to. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
