Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 November 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, training and skills, supervision of staff, staff: child ratios, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n put appropriate arrangements in place for the supervision of staff.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare action, raised at their regulatory telephone call. The provider has implemented procedures to ensure that staff know and understand the policies and procedures, particularly those relating to moving children around the building. They recognise that staff learn differently and have adapted their training and supervision procedures accordingly. Leaders have created specific video training packages to further support how staff learn about new policies and procedures. This helps to ensure that staff have a secure understanding of how to keep children safe. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
