Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 28 October 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating staff:child ratios and training and skills. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event which put children in their care at risk.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 03 November 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff:child ratios, supervision of staff, key person, special educational needs, accident or injury and information and record keeping.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had taken all reasonable steps to improve children's safety. This included strengthening risk assessment procedures to ensure that adults close doors and gates when leaving an area and, where necessary, lock them to ensure children cannot leave the designated play area. The provider has enhanced systems to manage children's allergies and intolerances more effectively during mealtimes, reducing the risk of children being exposed to unsuitable foods.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider failed to notify Ofsted of staff negligence, in which a child with a dairy intolerance was given a drink that could have harmed them. This is a requirement under their registration. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
