Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 November 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to food and drink and safer eating. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant incident.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. In addition, we found the provider was not meeting another one of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had strengthened procedures linked to information and records. They had strengthened processes in place and taken action to ensure these are always followed, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n improve overall arrangements for managing children's individual dietary requirements, including implementing effective allergy action plans for managing known allergies and intolerances, to keep children safe.
p.1
Summary of outcome
In addition, on 9 January 2026, we carried out a follow up regulatory telephone call. This was due to information shared by the provider during the previous regulatory visit on 17 December 2025. We found that the provider was not meeting further requirements. The provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event, which is a requirement of their registration. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n take action to ensure senior leaders have a clear understanding of their statutory responsibilities, with specific regard to notifying Ofsted, within the prescribed timescales, in the event of an allegation against a member of staff. On 19 January 2026 and the 21 January 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had strengthened their overall processes to manage children's individual dietary requirements. They had ensured that all children with allergies and intolerances had robust individual plans in place to ensure staff know how to identify and respond to a reaction without delay. In addition, the provider had taken action to ensure all senior leaders are fully aware of their responsibilities to notify Ofsted of any allegation against a member of staff within the prescribed timeframes.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
