Summary of outcome
On 19 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of the oversight of leaders to ensure they understand and fulfil their roles and responsibilities, including the oversight of practice and the provision. They have provided additional training for staff to help them understand the whistleblowing procedures to follow if they have concerns about colleagues' behaviour towards children. The provider has reviewed and improved staff supervisions to ensure that all staff receive the coaching and support they need to fulfil their roles. Furthermore, additional training has been given to those staff who hold a current paediatric first aid qualification to ensure they are able to respond to emergencies to children in their care effectively. We are satisfied the provider has
