Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 14 July 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, staff: child ratios, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment, and information and record keeping. On 8 December 2025 the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, concerns about children's safety and welfare, suitable people, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment, and information and record keeping. The notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant events.

Summary of outcome

On 10 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 14 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last regulatory event. We found that the provider has taken appropriate steps to ensure that staff understand and implement the setting's procedures in relation to unexplained injuries and understand how to escalate any concerns, so that children are safeguarded. The provider has improved staff supervision, to better support continuous improvement in practice, in the best interests of children. The provider has improved information-sharing processes to manage the setting effectively and to meet children's needs. The provider has ensured that the complaints record is available for Ofsted to view on request, as required. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
