Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 September 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to information for parents and carers, qualifications, training, support and skills, staff: child ratios, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and information and record keeping. Through this concern, we found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted within 14 days, of a significant event, which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children, which is a requirement of their registration.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 January 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. In particular, the action to take if an allegation was made against a member of staff. Furthermore, the provider has improved the systems for sharing information with parents. For example, they have updated their registration documentation to identify parents preferred choice of contact. The provider has shared the new documentation with staff. This has improved staff's understanding of the setting's safeguarding policies and the importance of sharing information with parents.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
