All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. On 5 January 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had completed enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for all individuals aged 16 and over. All staff had completed training to strengthen their understanding of the key person role. The provider had reviewed the special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) policy, and all staff had completed SEND training to ensure they meet the needs of all children. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
