Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 18 October 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to children's safety and welfare, whistleblowing, suitable people and supporting and understanding children's behaviour. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who cares for/is in regular contact with children on the premises. We also received additional concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to qualifications, training, support and skills, children's safety and welfare, health and information and record keeping.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 November 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call and on 7 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. On both occasions, we found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. However, the provider has taken action to put this right. The provider arranged additional training and support for staff to develop their understanding and awareness of safeguarding, whistle blowing and for managing children's behaviour. Additionally, the provider followed their procedures for ensuring staff remain suitable to work with children. We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider to support children's safety and welfare.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
