Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 October 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures and supporting and understanding children's behaviour. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of significant events.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 4 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. All staff have revisited the policies and procedures regarding children's sleeping routines. This has helped to ensure the childcare arrangements are tailored to meet children's individual needs.

p.1

Summary of outcome

In addition, we found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure that whistleblowing procedures are effectively implemented and that staff are aware of and confident to use other channels open to them to whistle blow, where applicable.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 7 January 2026, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had improved the whistleblowing procedures. Staff have received additional training to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of the whistleblowing procedures.

p.1
