Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 17 December 2025, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements relating to suitable people.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 6 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has reviewed and improved the recruitment procedures and put in place robust risk assessments to ensure that while vetting checks are being completed those staff do not have unsupervised access to children. During the call we also found the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event. The provider is now clear about the notification requirement and as a result Ofsted will not be taking any further action. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
