Summary of outcome

On 17 September 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staffing, safeguarding policies in relation to the use of mobile phones, child supervision, behaviour management, key person, food and drink, complaints, and learning and development. On 8 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

On 8 January 2026, we called the provider to discuss their action plan. We found that the provider had implemented additional training and professional development opportunities. The provider advised that they have implemented a wider and more meaningful curriculum for children, and a well-resourced environment to support this. Management monitors the effectiveness of the training and ensure staff embed what they learn into their practice. New procedures for ensuring the security of the premises and checking visitors have been implemented and practice now ensures that children are safeguarded. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
