Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 31 October 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to whistleblowing. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 27 November 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

p.1

Summary of outcome

n support staff to use consistent strategies when managing children's behaviour, to help children understand what is expected of them

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 12 December 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. On 6 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found that the designated safeguarding lead had improved their knowledge and understanding of the local safeguarding partnership procedures to protect children's welfare. The provider had improved staff deployment to meet qualification requirements and provide consistently high-quality experiences for all children. In addition, the provider supported staff, including through training and observations, to use effective strategies to manage children's behaviour positively. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
