Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 October 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, health and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.

Summary of outcome

In addition, we also found the provider was not meeting other requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found that the provider has improved staff's knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures, specifically relating to allegations and whistleblowing, in order to keep children safe. Additionally, the provider has taken action to identify and target staff professional development to ensure staff have the relevant knowledge and skills and are confident to fulfil their roles effectively.

p.1

Summary of outcome

Additionally, we found the provider was not meeting other requirements and had taken action to put this right. They have re-trained staff on the processes to follow, to ensure food is served in a safer manner. In addition, they have provided refresher training on first aid processes and procedures to ensure children's health.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.

p.2

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
