Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 29 October 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment, staff: child ratios, information and record keeping and health. On 10 November 2025, we received additional concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff: child ratios.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 4 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 December 2025 we carried out a monitoring visit and found that the provider had responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had ensured that staff had refreshed knowledge on completing risk assessments, and that these were being monitored by managers. They had ensured that mealtimes were organised more effectively to support staff to ensure children's safety while eating. The provider has organised daily routines and groups of children to support the deployment of staff, to aid them in providing more effective support for children. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
