Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 10 December, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
ensure children are not left in the sole care of assistants for more than two hours in a single day
p.1
Summary of outcome

p.1
Summary of outcome
ensure you record the following information for each child in your care, their full name; date of birth; name and address of every parent and/or carer who is known to the childminder; information about any other person who has parental responsibility for the child; which parent(s) and/or carer(s) the child normally lives with and their emergency contact details for parents and/or carers.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 December 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. The provider has improved their understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage requirements when working with assistants. Assistants are no longer left in sole charge for more than two hours, and parental permission is now obtained for any period of sole care. The childminder has also implemented appropriate records for all children, supporting the safe management of the setting. The information gathered indicates that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
