Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 8 October 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to staff: child ratios. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of a significant event.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 25 November 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider was not meeting one of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has trained staff on supervising children effectively. Additionally, during the regulatory visit on 25 November 2025, we found a new area of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting one other requirement as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage'. In relation to the new area of concern, we have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. Action needed by 17 December 2025:

ensure that risk assessments are used effectively to identify and address hazards that pose a risk to children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 18 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare action raised at their last regulatory event. We found that the provider had met the action set in the welfare requirements notice.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider has updated risk assessments and has shared these with staff. All staff have had risk assessment training and are now aware of how to minimise risks to children. We are satisfied that the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
