Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 21 October 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to concerns about a child's safety and welfare, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and information and record keeping. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.

n ensure leaders have a robust knowledge of the procedures to follow if they have concerns about a child including unexplained injuries, in line with local reporting procedures.
p.2
Summary of outcome
On 11 December 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has given additional training and support to staff to improve their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures, including whistleblowing. Additionally, leaders have improved their own knowledge of the correct procedures to follow if they have concerns about a child in line with the local safeguarding partnership policies. This help to ensure that any concerns are managed swiftly to keep children safe.
p.2

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
