Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 17 October 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirement relating to the safeguarding and welfare requirement of supporting and understanding children's behaviour.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call and found the provider was meeting the requirement of supporting and understanding children's behaviour. However, during the call, we found breaches relating to suitable people and information and record keeping. The nominated individual has since taken proactive steps to notify Ofsted about changes to committee members to allow us to undertake the required suitability checks.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
