All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 8 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at the previous regulatory events. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of risk assessment and safeguarding policies and procedures. There is an effective policy in place for the safe use of mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices in the setting. The provider now ensures that there is a suitable named person present to take charge in the absence of the manager. Staff have received further support and training to develop their practice. They now demonstrate a suitable understanding of safeguarding and know the procedures to follow in the event of concerns about children or allegations against staff. Appropriate records are maintained relating to any concerns about children's welfare and recruitment and vetting checks for staff. The key-person system has
