Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 August 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, food and drinks, and toilets and intimate hygiene.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 December 2025, we carried out a visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. They have reviewed the policies and procedures to ensure leaders and staff know how manage allegations against staff, in line with the local safeguarding partners' guidance, to keep children safe. However, during the visit we found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a previous significant event within the required timescale. This is an offence. However, on this occasion Ofsted are not taking further action. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
