Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 September and 10 October 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff:child ratios, learning and development considerations, key person, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, special educational needs, accident or injury, toilets and intimate hygiene, safety of premises, information for parents and carers, risk assessment, information and record keeping.

Summary of outcome
On 14 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take in the timescale set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
¿ improve the key person system so that all staff are aware of children's individual needs to effectively support children to feel settled and secure.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 November 2025, the provider responded to the action set. We found the provider has ensured staff have received specific training regarding understanding and meeting all children's individual needs. In addition, the provider has implemented a system to ensure individual children's needs are shared with all staff. This means children will be effectively supported to feel settled and secure when at the setting.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
