Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 31 October 2025, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 19 November 2025, we carried out an an/unannounced regulatory/interim visit. We found that the provider had not notified Ofsted of a significant event within the required timeframe. We also found that although the provider was meeting the required ratios, at times staff were not organised effectively to ensure children's needs are always met. Following this visit, we issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Summary of outcome

On 25 November 2025, the provider responded to the action set. They have re-organised the toddler room to make it more accessible and spacious; implemented a new routine in the room and visual timetables for children; put in place additional oversight by managers and extra staff on busier days; provided further training for staff in regard to children's individual development needs; and given more time for children to work in groups with their key person. We are satisfied with the provider's response. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
