Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 5 September 2025, we carried out an unannounced visit and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

ensure any learning and development needs of children are addressed with the relevant professionals.
p.2
Summary of outcome
On 1 October 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We were not satisfied with their response and therefore carried out a further regulatory visit on 19 November 2025. We found that the provider had improved their risk assessment to ensure hazards to children are minimised. The provider also has improved their partnership working with other agencies. This helps staff put plans and strategies in place to meet the needs of children who require extra support. The provider has implemented more effective recruitment and selection procedures. This helps to ensure that a quality workforce is in place to support the role of a consistent key person and meet needs of all children.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.2
