Summary of outcome
On 19 November 2025, we monitored the providers response to the actions set. We found that the provider had updated their safeguarding policy and procedures and shared these with staff. They had ensured all staff knew how to report concerns in line with the correct local reporting procedures and what to do if an allegation was made. The provider had ensured staff had received paediatric first aid training and that there was a member of staff on site at all times, who holds a valid paediatric first aid qualification. The provider had also reviewed and improved the meals, snacks and drinks they provide for children in line with current guidance, ensuring these are balanced and healthy. They had also completed risk assessments and identified risks and hazards to children. They had taken steps to minimise these to ensure children remain safe on the premises.
