Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage,' which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 August 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment, suitable people and information and record keeping. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of significant events.

Summary of outcome
On 11 August 2025, and 17 September 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting the above requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 November 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has revised the settings risk assessments and the procedures for reporting and recording accidents. This information has been shared with staff. In addition, they have provided additional training and support to refresh staff's knowledge and skills in these areas. As a result, staff know and understand their roles and responsibilities in keeping children safe. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
