Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.2
Summary of outcome
On 13 November 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had reviewed and improved the systems in place for monitoring and supporting staff practice in relation to risk assessments. They have enhanced staff training and knowledge in relation to supporting and managing children's behaviour and appointed a designated lead within the setting for behaviour management. In addition, the provider has implemented a new system which requires staff to complete headcounts of children to help accurately record and monitor them during transitions across the setting. The provider has identified a new electronic policy management system that will be accessible to both staff and parents. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
