Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 26 September 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, staff: child ratios, special educational needs, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and health.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 31 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had not ensured that their risk assessments for outdoors were effective in minimising risk to children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Following a significant event, leaders took action to improve the safety of the outdoor area used by children. Risk assessments have been updated, and greater consideration has been given to better support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities during outdoor learning.
