Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 5 August 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, suitable people, health and supporting and understanding children's behaviour.

Summary of outcome
On 29 September 2025, we attempted to complete an inspection. The provider requested a deferral and this was granted in line with our Ofsted inspections and visits: deferring, pausing and gathering additional evidence policy. We did however complete a regulatory visit where we found some action had been taken to ensure the premises were fit for purpose and suitable. However, insufficient action had been taken to fully assure children's well-being and safety. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out.

Summary of outcome
On 6 November 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found the provider has taken satisfactory action to ensure her premises are safe, clean and suitable for purpose. This ensures children's well-being is now promoted. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
