Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 24 June 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare and staff: child ratios. On 17 September 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures and c oncerns about children's safety and welfare. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who cares for children on the premises.

Summary of outcome
On 7 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 30 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found that the provider has improved staff's knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to keep children healthy and safe. This includes the safe storage of medication, risk assessments and procedures to minimise the spread of germs. All staff, including the practitioners responsible for safeguarding, have completed training to update their safeguarding knowledge. The provider has reviewed the support given to staff. Procedures to check that staff are clear about their responsibilities and develop their professional practise have been strengthened. Key persons are allocated to children when they start to help them settle, meet their individual needs and work with parents. Babies have sufficient and suitable space to safely play.
