Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 7 August 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to health and on 8 August 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that the provider had managed the notified situation internally and they had provided staff with appropriate additional training to further their skills in early injury identification and accident management in practice. This helps to promote children's welfare.
p.1
Summary of outcome
However, we also found they had failed to notify Ofsted of a separate significant event, which is a requirement of their registration. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure leaders are clear about their responsibility to consistently implement their knowledge of managing concerns about children's safety and welfare in practice, including liaison with all relevant agencies as required.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 24 October 2025, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had improved their management team's knowledge and understanding of managing concerns about children's safety and welfare. They had also input additional oversight to ensure consistency in practice. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
