Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 13 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last visit. We found that the provider has taken steps to improve staff's knowledge of policies and procedures. There are improved arrangements for leaders and staff to communicate and respond to concerns about children's safety and welfare. The provider has strengthened measures to monitor, supervise and support leaders and staff so that they understand their roles and responsibilities. Staff are deployed so that children are appropriately supervised during busy periods. The provider has introduced procedures to improve cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery. Staff now demonstrate greater awareness of children's health and safety needs during daily routines and activities. In addition, the provider has supplied appropriate equipment and resources to support children's personal care and staff

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
