Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

n improve the quality of interactions with children to develop their language skills and promote their focus on learning

p.2

Summary of outcome

n implement a curriculum that clearly identifies what it is that all children need to learn, reflects their individual learning needs and offers appropriate challenge, building on what they already know and can do.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 22 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions and learning and development actions, raised at their last inspection.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider had improved their arrangements for children's sleep times. A record of any accidents that occur to children in their care is maintained and shared with parents. During the visit, food and drink was healthy, and in line with children's dietary requirements. The provider allocates each child a keyperson, who works with parents to keep them informed about their child. Throughout the visit children were supervised by adults, indoors and outside. The provider interacted well with the children attending to support their language. Although the provider has some arrangements to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, these could be further strengthened.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We have reissued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2

Summary of outcome

n implement a curriculum that clearly identifies what it is that all children need to learn, reflects their individual learning needs and offers appropriate challenge, building on what they already know and can do.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
