On 20 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last visit. We found that the provider ensured that staff had received refresher training for supporting and understanding children's behaviour, this has helped all staff to manage children's behaviour in a respectful and appropriate way. The provider took steps to improve procedures for risk assessment to ensure children are not exposed to unnecessary risks and to help staff identify and minimise potential hazards, to protect children's safety. Staff have gained a better understanding of reporting safeguarding concerns, in line with local safeguarding procedures. The provider also ensured safe storage of mobile phones.

Additionally, the provider had put appropriate arrangements in place for the oversight of staff supervision, training and support, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfil their role in keeping children safe. Staff had received refresher training on record keeping, to ensure all relevant records and information about a child are accurate and shared with parents, carers and other professionals as appropriate.
