All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 17 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit and on 20 October we carried out a regulatory phone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had provided refresher training for staff to improve their knowledge and understanding of reporting safeguarding concerns, in line with local safeguarding procedures. The provider had also put appropriate arrangements in place for the oversight of staff training and support, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfil their role in keeping children safe. Additionally, staff had received refresher training on supporting and understanding children's behaviour, to ensure all staff manage children's behaviour in respectful and appropriate way.
