Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22 April 2025 and 13 August 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to ratios, staff deployment and supervision of children, risk assessment, safety on outings and information given to parents and carers.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 August 2025, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements as well as requirements relating to safeguarding, suitable people and information and record keeping. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be not met with enforcement. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 August 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. These were also discussed during a regulatory telephone call on 16 October 2025, as the setting was not operating. We found that the provider had provided all staff with safeguarding training and reinforced the policy on staff's use of mobile phones within the setting. The provider has updated the policies and procedures so that any concerns and incidents are notified immediately to the local authority safeguarding partners and Ofsted. The provider has carried out further work with staff on supervision of children and has reviewed all risk assessments, including those for outings. However, all outings off site have currently been suspended. The provider has also taken action to ensure that records are accessible and available for inspection and has now obtained criminal records checks for all persons working on the premises, including volunteers.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the actions are successfully completed at the next inspection. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Publication of complaints
We publish details of complaints made against childminders, home childcarers and childcare providers where we or the provider have taken action in order to meet legal requirements. We publish details of complaints on our website for a period of five years.
