Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 3 October 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had reviewed their hygiene procedures and provided some additional training to staff in this area. They provider had also reviewed all their documentation and arrangements relating to special educational needs and/or disabilities and ensured staff had time to meet their responsibilities. Additionally, they had provided a screen in the baby room to afford the children privacy during nappy changing. Risk assessments have been fully reviewed and staff responsibilities relating to this have been revisited with them. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
