Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 9 September 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to accident and injury, and key persons.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting one of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. They have taken steps to strengthen the key person arrangements, including implementing an effective buddy system in the key person's absence. In addition, they have ensured that key people, as well as other staff, have understood and retained information relating to individual children's care and well-being. This supports a consistent approach for children, and ensures staff are aware of children's individual needs.
