necessary. This does not adequately ensure children's safety and well-being. n The childminder does not have appropriate arrangements to implement a curriculum to support children across all areas of learning. She is unable to confidently explain how she would assess children's progress or use information about what they already know and can do to plan for their learning and next steps. The childminder is unsure of how best to narrow gaps in learning and development. n The childminder intends to teach children how to develop their independence. She plans to encourage children to feed themselves and understands the importance of promoting good self-care and hygiene practices.
p.2
This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
