Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 June 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, qualifications training and skills and supporting and understanding children's behaviour. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', to notify Ofsted of significant events. On 15 and 20 August 2025, we carried out regulatory telephone calls. We found that the provider had failed to inform Ofsted of the appointment of a new director which is a requirement of their registration.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We also found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
n Ensure there are arrangements for the supervision of staff that fosters their well-being and promotes children's welfare.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. We found that leaders have accessed training and this had helped to improve their understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Leaders have worked with the local authority to update the setting's safeguarding policies and procedures. These are now in line with the guidance of the local safeguarding partnership. Leaders have provided all staff with safeguarding training and they demonstrate a good understanding of the setting's safeguarding policies and procedures. Supervision procedures for staff have been strengthened by leaders to ensure they promote children's welfare.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
p.2
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.2
