All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Actions needed by 2 October 2025:
On 3 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit to monitor the actions raised. We found that the provided had improved their knowledge and understanding of how to manage children's behaviour appropriately. The provider had also improved risk assessment to remove any potential risks to keep children safe. The learning areas have been reorganised to ensure children have sufficient space to move around safely and fire exits are clear from obstructions. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
