Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

We found that leaders had ensured that all staff understand their responsibilities to ensure that the front door remains locked, to maintain the security of the premises and prevent unauthorised persons from entering. Leaders have taken steps to remove risks and hazards in the outdoor area and ensure that the whole garden is now safe and suitable for children to access safely. They have ensured that cleaning items and equipment are stored securely, out of sight and reach of children.
