Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 April 2025, the provider notified us about a concern related to Suitable People. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of change that may impact children in their care.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 May 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call to discuss the concern in detail.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 6 May 2025 because we believe children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 June 2025, we carried out a regulatory event. At the regulatory event, we found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n improve knowledge of how to provide a strong early years curriculum, with particular reference to using British values in a way that underpins children's personal, social and emotional development.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We lifted the suspension 13 June 2025, because the provider demonstrated how they had reduced the risk to children. On 4 July 2025, we conducted a regulatory visit to monitor the welfare requirements notice. While the provider had developed some general knowledge about personal, social and emotional development, they did not have a secure understanding of the wider community, British Values and the curriculum. We served a further welfare requirements notice.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n undertake professional development to deepen knowledge and practice, to support children and yourself to understand the wider community.
p.2
Summary of outcome
On 16 September 2025, we conducted another regulatory visit and found the provider had met the notice. They had completed a range of training and researched information to extend their knowledge about the community and British Values. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.2
