Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundationstage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 August and 4 September 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, health, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and information and record keeping. On 29 August 2025, the provider also notified us of a significant incident relating to the security of the premises. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 September 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had taken action to address the security incident. The provider has installed additional safety measures to ensure children in the holiday club playroom are secure. We also found the provider was not meeting one of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
