Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 28 July and 14 September 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found the provider had taken action to ensure that outdoor provision and equipment are appropriately maintained to remain safe, suitable and fit for purpose. The provider took steps to improve procedures for risk assessment to ensure children are not exposed to unnecessary risks and to help staff identify and minimise potential hazards, to protect children's safety. They provided Ofsted with all necessary information about changes to the individuals who are directors so that their suitability checks can be completed. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
