On 30 July 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has given all staff training on how to identify and minimise potential hazards to children to help ensure children are safe. The provider has also developed procedures to support and mentor staff to ensure they know their roles and responsibilities. These measures support children's safety and ensure their individual needs are being in met. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
