Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 July 2025, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 September 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions and learning and development actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had strengthened arrangements to support children with SEND. The provider has changed the room layouts and resources to enable them to meet children's individual needs. The provider has improved the outdoor area to ensure children are always in sight of adults. Additional head counts have been introduced during key transition times. The provider has implemented nose wiping and hand washing stations to promote the good health and hygiene of children. Staff sit with children at mealtimes and remain vigilant when children are eating. The provider has delivered staff training on the curriculum to develop their knowledge and understanding of what they want to teach children. Clear targets are in place for children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions and raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
